After a 30-year career in international telecommunications, where he held sales and general management positions, Didier Lamy co-founded and developped Hxperience, a software company focused on the digital transformation of buildings.
With his experience within large muli-national groups and as a successfull entrepreneur, he now works with business leaders to acheive rapid and measurable impact of their transition projects.
His deep business experience has enabled him to develop a holistic vision of leadership, including the following key points:
- Pioneer and negotiator, he contributed to the emergence of new fixed telecoms players such as SIRIS and to the development of mobile telecoms international market strategy at Nokia.
- Signed first private telecom network contract in France with SIRIS and drove the transformation of Nokia teams to double results in France and increase software sales globally.
- He led strategic negotiations between Nokia and Huawei and joined the board of TD-Tech subsidiary of the two manufacturers.
- Passionate about innovation, he created Hxperience in 2015, one of the most innovative companies in PropTech.
Brought up in a family of entrepreneurs, Didier develops a strong work ethic and the conviction that social and environmental values are essential to effective and sustainable business management.
